Stage 1: Complete the Listing

Determine list price

Look at CMA and determine list price with the homeowner. If you need help with pricing, contact Sean to help assess market value. sean@reynoldskline.com

If listing office commission is anything less than the standard 3%, get approval from Sean.

Determine show readiness
-
Perform a walk-through of the home. Is the home clean? Is there damage that needs to be repaired? Does it need to be staged? Furnished is better than unfurnished.

Stage 2: Prepare the Listing

Common supplies include-- "For Sale" sign; Key box & cable; Shoe covers for showings; Flyers

Once home is "show ready," schedule a photographer.

Order "For Sale" sign>> click here

Should be done at least 7 days before listing goes live because Sign Pros must inspect utility lines before installing.

If you want a flyer box on the sign post, make sure you specify that when ordering the installation.

Design flyers>> click here

If Sign Pros did not install flyer box when installing your "For Sale" sign, get one from NWMLS, screw onto wood frame yourself and fill with flyers.

Stage 3: Sell the Listing!

Switch MLS listing from "Inactive" to "Active"
